OOH THE IDEAS.
I think I have one:
Throughout everything that has been going on, she has been spying and taking notes on every member and decides that she wants a few to join her(if you would like one of your members to be the select few, tell me!). So she sends anonymous texts to those members telling them to meet her and she tries to convince them.

As for who idk. Oliver maybe because he's strong and quiet so it doesn't seem like he's too fond of the spc
but it's up to you

I had Oliver in mind.
Here's how I decided Agent 9's noting went:

Nikki:
-Responsible and reliable.
-Shy, but sweet and polite
-Dedicated to the SPC; perhaps a waste of time to try to persuade.

Dominic:
-Definitely reliable.
-Quite smart.
-Is in college and still going to SPC. Too dedicated.

Blair:
-Strong will power
-Good power for defense and offense
-Seem fairly dedicated, but still easier to influence than Nikki or Dominic. Maybe.

Oliver:
-Quiet, reserved
-No particular attachments
-Power deals with water; pretty strong
-No signs of interest in the club, possibly selfish enough to leave for his own benefit. Yes.

Elizabeth:
-Superficial.
-Strong, deadly power. Could be put to good use.
-May not be able to handle some tasks.

Alice:
-Friendly, cheerful.
-Extremely useful power.
-Too much of a nice person for my work.

Vince:
-Loyal, has attachments with club members.
-Power is still unknown to me.
-Perhaps too late to persuade him; seems to have an attachment to Elizabeth.

Joey:
-Could be loyal to me. He seems to take a liking to females.
-May not be serious enough for my type of work.
-Seems attached to the kitty boy, Alice, and graduated members. Difficult to persuade.

Kyle:
-Also has an attachment to graduated members.
-Seems to be able to handle his emotions very well.
-His power could be put to use, but I need somebody less attached to the SPC.
